But I have to ask…
Little Pink Houses at #3 on the most influential for the year? There has been one post there since JUNE 28. Don’t get me wrong, when LPH posts, it is first class stuff, always. I even named them on my “Top 26 - 50″ list. But to say a blog is the third most influential RE blog in 2007 when they’ve made one post in the last six months seems a bit of a stretch.
Just my humble opinion.
JAY-You have a valid point and I was hoping someone was going to catch on to that sooner. There is also a blog (4Realz) that has only been in operation for a month.
Both were tough decisions but after reviewing how often specific blog posts were picked up by others instead of activity and how long they have been in operation, it made the decision easier. Unless their is more activity on LittlePinkHouses.com I doubt they will make next year’s count. Although you can’t deny the quality of the blogs they do post.

Interesting list, but it hints of being political with little pink houses at #3 with so few posts and 4Realz being only a couple weeks of posting? These are both very good blogs, but top ten for the whole year?
Thanks for the comment Greg. I can assure everyone that I have absolutely no interaction with LittlePinkHouses and 4Realz before the list was made. I encourage everyone to check out each of their blogs and I know you will find each of them very deserving of the mention in the Gosselin List. I think it is important that as bloggers we do not focus on quantity but on quality.
